News: Featured Projects

105-acre site in Brooksville, FL located in Hernando County, where we are providing full site development services for a future subdivision. Mass Grading is complete; we are currently installing Ph 4 of infrastructure.

Apopka, FL. This 215-acre subdivision is being completed. We have already performed full site development. This project involved placing 1.3 million cubic yards of fill, with a contract value of $23 million.

Brooksville, FL. New Road extension project, starting with clearing and installing silt fence. After clearing and grading, we will install storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water distribution, paving, concrete curb, signage, and pavement marking.

Clermont, FL. A 20-acre subdivision for Richmond American Homes. This job is currently on-going, with an offsite on Hartwood Marsh Rd.

Hernando County, FL. We are completing a portion of the installation of pressure pipe and drainage beside US-301.

New Port Richey, FL. Future subdivision phase, we were just awarded the project and starting to clear and install silt fence.

Dead River Road in Tavares, FL. We completed full site development for the 41.24-acre subdivision. Our scope included land clearing, grubbing, grading, underground utility installation, roadway stabilization, paving, striping, and offsite utility improvements.

Featured: On Feb. 19th, the RCS team had a cookout for lunch including meat cooked by worker, Cornbread. This lunch highlighted safety, where workers were reminded of the importance and necessity to wear gear on the jobsite at all times. Hardhats and safety vests were worn, and barbeque was eaten happily! Thank you, Tiffany and Kenny for organizing the event.

Orange County, FL. We provided full site development for this new fire training facility, including earthwork, underground utilities, grading, and asphalt paving—tailored to meet the project’s specialized requirements. The project is currently in its final phase, with as-built documentation underway to complete closeout.

San Antonio, FL. We completed this 140-acre residential subdivision project is valued at $12 million. Our scope includes grading, excavation, and full site preparation to level the land for future home construction. We moved over 600,000 cubic yards of earth.
